Goldman, Evans & Trammell is your full-service agency. While we provide receivable management services such as 3^rd Party Collections on an contingency basis and 1^st Party Outsourcing, as well as in-depth credit reports on a per item charge basis, we also offer valuable free services such as our no-cost Credit Application Analysis and our free preliminary Quick-Credit Rating service (limitations apply).

When performing the Quick-Credit Rating service, we search public records on companies you may be considering extending credit to, at no cost to you. We will search for judgments and UCC filings, providing secured creditor names and expiration dates. We will search for verification of ownership, number of employees, sales volume, location and affiliated companies.

While this is not a full-blown credit report (such reports, including in depth asset and liability searches are available – please see below and contact us for details and pricing), this free service offers invaluable information on the subject company and comes with a unique ‘credit rating score’ along with a recommended credit extension limit.

GET's also has a Group of Partners provide 3 different credit reports, each with a credit “score” and each designed to provide more information than a Dunn & Bradstreet report at less expense. The 3 reports are Credit Invest (similar to the normal credit report but with added ingredients, including actually interviewing the company discretely), Qwick Invest (which is less expensive) and Sentry Watch (a full blown asset and liability search). Descriptions of the ‘Pay’ reports:

Credit Invest™ Report
The Credit Invest™ Report offers a unique combination of public record, custom interview, reference cross check and proprietary search tools. Cost is from $42 to $49 each, depending on quantity.

Through the information and verification process, there is a proprietary scoring model designed to deliver a meaningful, usable score and deliver an ongoing source of credit granting information. The report is designed to deliver at minimum 25% to 75 % more information than the current tools and products available. The information will not only assist in the decision making process and the strength of that decision, but also act as an ongoing tool should the relationship sour.

Turnaround is 24 to 48 hours and requires no change in your current credit application process. Call your representative for more details.

Qwik Invest™ Report
This report uses much of the same processes of the full Credit Invest™ report and is designed to act as a quick look at a smaller customer, who more than likely will not have generated a large amount of useful public record information. While the current channels for credit granting are limited, these customers still require useful information in the decision making process. This report delivers that information. Cost is $29 to $33 each, depending on quantity.

Sentry Invest™ Report
This report is designed to deliver the maximum amount of credit information available in a relatively short amount of time. This report generally takes a minimum of 5 business days to develop and encompasses items such as; Perform a comprehensive asset search for bank accounts, investments, stocks, real estate, safe deposit boxes, vehicles, aircraft, Principal and ownership assets and much more. This report is designed to look deeper into the company’s history to locate “hidden” assets, such as: bank accounts, real estate property, vehicles, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc. A must for credit approval on high dollar relationships and new contracts. Cost is $250 and up.
